Project management:

Over 25 years’ experience in supervising design and construction of public works contracts managed by TDD, CEDD, DSD, WSD and HyD. Experienced in construction dispute resolution, consultancy procurement and tendering for a variety of construction contracts. Administered remeasurement type, works order type, lump sum with BoQ, design&build contracts, early contractor involvement. Specialized in NEC3 and NEC4 ECC and PSC contracts.
Dispute avoidance and resolution:
- Appointed as sole arbitrator in ad-hoc arbitration under HKIAC domestic arbitration rules.
- Appointed as construction adjudicator in multiple cases on disputes in domestic building contracts and professional services contracts.
- Appointed as mediator in commercial contracts.
Reviewed and mentored over 200 civil engineers and quantity surveyors under ICE and RICS professional pathways.
